1. Payment and Payment Gateway

1.1. Retail customers are required to pay for their orders using a credit card through the CXPay payment gateway.

1.2. Wholesale customers have the option to pay via a bank transfer. Orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into our bank account.

1.3. Wholesale customer status must be applied for in advance, and this status is considered a privilege that can be revoked at any time.

1.4. Misuse of your retail or wholesale account can result in the termination of your account.

2. Tax

2.1. All indicated retail prices in our web shop include a 7% tax known as BBO (Belasting op Bedrijfsomzet).

2.2. Wholesale prices displayed in the web shop are exclusive of the BBO tax until the moment of checkout. Tax will be calculated and added to the subtotal during the checkout process.

3. Product Representation

3.1. Products displayed in the web shop might not completely resemble what is displayed on the product imagery when it comes to size proportions. Please refer to the product descriptions for accurate information about the products.

4. Sales and Refunds

5.1. Purchased products can be picked up in person at our premises located at Pavia 20F, Paradera, Aruba.
